# About Innovative Repair Solutions

A Long Island depot repair and IT asset disposition company serving school districts,
public agencies and national prime contractors.

Our Story

## From a flea market booth to a B2B repair partner

Cell Mart Accessories Inc., the parent company of Innovative Repair Solutions, began
in 2009 as a booth at Attias Flea Market selling cell phone cases and accessories.

We quickly saw a growing demand for electronic repair and started fixing cell phones.
The rest is history. From the beginning, we have taken pride in understanding where
the demand is and increasing our capacity and service to meet the needs of our customers.

That same approach guides us today. As our customers’ needs have grown, so have 
we: we now offer mail-in depot repair for school districts and large agencies, pickup
and drop-off repair across the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT) and extended areas, and
IT asset disposition (ITAD) pallet pickup anywhere in the United States. In 2018,
we graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

## Who we are

Innovative Repair Solutions is a DBA of Cell Mart Accessories Inc., based at 45 
Merrick Rd in Amityville, New York. We repair phones, tablets, handheld devices,
Chromebooks, laptops and computers, and we provide IT asset disposition (ITAD), 
secure data wiping and responsible electronics recycling.

Our focus is institutional work: mail-in depot repair for school districts and large
agencies nationwide, pickup and drop-off repair across the Tri-State area (NY, NJ,
CT) and extended areas, and ITAD pallet pickup anywhere in the United States.

We also work as a local last-mile repair and ITAD partner for national resellers,
ITAD firms, OEM/warranty providers, managed IT providers and e-waste primes serving
